Post $OBJECT$ still faulty 2 Reply with quote
$OBJECT(ins_qualname)$ still omits database name if the selected object is reached through database.schema.object and the object is in the database that is the current one in the actual context/editor.

UPDATE:

Snippet:
Code:

$OBJECT(ins_schema, table, view, column)$  -- OBJECT(ins_schema, table, view, column)
$OBJECT(table, view, column)$  --  OBJECT(table, view)
$OBJECT(ins_column, table, view, column)$  --  OBJECT(ins_column, table, view, column)

The snippet above inserts parts of the object properly when selecting a column from a table. But when selecting the table, instead of replacing "$OBJECT(ins_column, table, view, column)$" with an empty string the table name is inserted.

Post Checkbox checking not working properly Reply with quote
UPDATE2:

Checkbox checking in dialog for $OBJECT(...)$ has some issues correctly verifying Schema checkbox.

How to reproduce:

1. Start Object Types dialog through Macro -> $OBJECT(...)$
2. Uncheck All Objects -> OK button gets disabled.
3. Selecting any object but Schema will get OK button enabled again. Unchecking it toggles OK for disabled again. Toggling Schema has no effect.

However, juggling with other objects can make it work more or less properly. Checking or unchecking Schema does not alter the state of OK button but unchecking any other object while Schema is checked will leave OK button enabled.
