Is the refactoring rule for (procedure create) restricted to schema dbo? I mean, is there a macro $REFACTORING_OBJ_SCHEMA$ or something?

I've done some testing and it appears that the current schema name is copied from the connection context. I modified Conext query in the options to return test123 as the current schema name (fyi: there is no such schema in my db) and when I used Refactoring / Extract Procedure it inserted test123 as the schema name.
