Hi,

I installed MySQL Workbench 6.3 CE x64 after my original installation of SA. I cannot get SQL registered for it.

I exited workbench.
I went to options, where it was checked as a target. I unchecked it; hit apply. I then rechecked it and hit apply.
Restarted workbench.
No luck.
Went to SA-Check for updates; downloaded 7.5.01
Closed all editors, including workbench.
Installed 7.5.01
Went into Options, MySQL Workbench was still checked as a target.
Started workbench. No SA, no luck.
Repeated the uncheck, apply, recheck, apply process in Options.

Don't think it's me, because I do enable/disable targets all the time; particularly for Notepad++ which I use for a lot of not SQL stuff and SA suddenly triggers when I miss type.

You do need 32-bit version of MySQL WB.

Tip. SQL Assistant v8 will support both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
